My very first clinic without a patient! :(

Well today I had scheduled my "friend" in the morning and he was going to come in. He has been bugging me for a while that he wants his teeth cleaned so I scheduled him for today. Well he ended up not coming and I ended up without a patient. He acted like he forgot but I know he did it on purpose I had just talked to him about the appointment and it take more than one day to forget you have an appointment you have been bugging to get. Anyways I am not ever counting on him or even scheduling him for that matter. He can go get his teeth cleaned somewhere else and with someone who is willing to have him no show. This afternoon I had a friend of my sister come in. She came in and she was just a 1b but its better than having no one. The cleaning went well although it seems like I was shaking the whole time because I was so nervous. I don't really know her and she being the friend of my sister it made me more nervous. I don't think I am very smart I just pretend to be. Well that was it for clinic today. :)

Today I was especially nervous for clinic. I am short 2 quads of a 3 because I failed to declare my class 3 patients as exam so I really was hoping that my new patient today would be a class 3. Then when I saw her in the waiting room and I talked to her I atomatically knew that she would be I 3. I was so excited. So I only got to scale 1 quad today but she is coming in again so I can finish her up. She actually is half a 3 and half a 4 but right now I am really wanting to finish up the 3. Then this afternoon I had scheduled the women who was suppose to be my mockboard that failed me at mockboards. She also failed me today. I knew it. She doesn't care and that's why I did not want to schedule her in the first place. Luckily this was a student from weber state that came in and wanted her teeth clean. She let me clean her teeth she was just a 1b but at least I had someone to clean. Well nothing could have ruined my good spirit I had today not even that dumb lady that failed me. :)
