Every once in a while you have those patients that for one reason or another you just can't work as fast as you would hope, usually I run into the jabber-jaw patients which is fine for a 1B but if your class IV pt won't stop talking even when your gracey is at the bottom of a 9mm pocket... you know you've got trouble. I also recall a class III pt at the VA walking out on me and saying he was done after 1 quad even though I still had over an hour left in the appointment
